This year 2007, I will be celebrating my 50th birthday and I wish to make my 50th year different from all my other years. Growing up...going to school...getting married and having children....I've had it all. Now I'm free.....well...at least...almost.....I still have my youngest son, at school....my daughter, at college and another son, finishing his last semester at University. Oh well....they are all grown ups now.....and I can relax and enjoy my last few years in this world....blogging!!
What a beautiful world this is. I feel, it was just yesterday that I was a sweet 17...on my way to Oxford to study for my A Levels. It was in 1975........ and studying computer language 'fortran' in my university years was really mind-boggling to me....... and having to arrange all those punched cards and get them right every time......I suppose kids these days cannot fully appreciate how lucky they are...to have a personal computer all to themselves and not having to bother punching all those cards.
So...back to my thoughts...... well....last night I thought.....well.... I love travelling ..... for leisure that is..... so why not I pen a few anecdotes on my travels or whatever beautiful sights the world has to offer. The world is so beautiful and there is so much to be thankful for..... Thank you dear God for all the beautiful things you offer to us......
